My company got a new printer from Compare Business Systems. Dominic took care of everything for us. He made sure all of our computers were connected to the 4 in 1 machine so we can print from our computers, and send scans to our computers. He showed us how we can go from black and white prints to color prints. He went over the various functions of the 4 in 1 machine showed us how to operate the monitor. The screen is nice and big and it is easily readable. He was very patient when it came to showing me how to work the printer. We here at Trenchers West are overly satisfied with Dominic's performance.

After, being unhappy with the service I was receiving from my previous copier company, I was fortunate to have a sales rep with Compare Business Systems walk in my door. The copier is awesome, but the prompt service is amazing. Dominic is always prompt, professional, courteous and an expert at pinpointing the issue and then repairing it correctly. We have very little down time when Dominic comes out. The same is true when I call the office for supplies or a repair request, they are nice and take care of business quickly. I'm very happy with Compare and I'm sure most companies don't Compare to them.

Our office needed a copier replaced. Spoke with Brandon, who helped out tremendously with the lease contract. Thank you Brandon & Andy for being so helpful and patient with us. I had two other competitors visit our office & said they could lower the monthly costs & could buyout our lease. I called Compare for our Lease Agreement, and Brandon came by the next day. He read and outlined what our lease included etc. (my only issue with lease was the costs). Little did I know that these other companies were trying to sell us cheaper/smaller and older machines for that "Great Price" I thought I was getting. He also showed/reminded us how many copies/scans etc our lease included. Thanks to Andy for coming by and reading through the competitors agreements. He read the small letters on the agreement that clearly says they would increase the monthly cost to 15% yearly so when we thought we would be saving we wouldn't be.
